      马文广先生，亚太体育联合会总会创始主席，亚洲举重联合会终身名誉主席、中国奥委会委员。曾任国际举重联合会副主席、 秘书长、中国国家体育总局重竞技运动管理中心主任。曾称雄亚洲举坛10 年、18 次打破亚洲记录、 5 6 次打破全国记录。中共十二大代表， 曾被国务院授予“ 北京奥运会、残奥运先进个人” 等荣誉称号，享受中国国务院特殊津贴。

      Mr. Ma Wenguang, Founding President of the General Associations of Asia Pacific Sports Federations, lifelong honorary president of the Asian Weightlifting Federation and member of the Chinese Olympic Committee. He once served as vice president and Secretary General of the International Weightlifting Federation and director of the heavy competitive sports management center of the State Administration of sports of China. He once dominated the Asian arena for 10 years, breaking the Asian record 18 times and the national record 56 times. Deputies to the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have been awarded the honorary title of "advanced individual for Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games" by the State Council and enjoy the special allowance of the State Council of China.
